Last Revised: September 2026 // Commercial Governance
1. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), personal contact data submitted via the WebForgeVision consultation consoles and inquiry forms is processed exclusively for client communication, project delivery coordination, and statutory tax reporting obligations.
WebForgeVision, registered at 411 01 Branddammsbacken 14 Göteborg, Sweden, acts as the Data Controller for all personal information collected through this website. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party data brokers. All data is securely retained within encrypted EU-hosted cloud infrastructure in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards for a period not exceeding 24 months from the last point of contact, unless a contractual obligation requires longer retention.
You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, or erase your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
2. Terms of Service
All digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by WebForgeVision are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and WebForgeVision. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the WebForgeVision website and service offerings.
Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, WebForgeVision assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client. No recurring license fees or royalties apply post-transfer.
WebForgeVision reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email to the address provided in the project engagement.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Göteborg, Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
4. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
WebForgeVision is committed to delivering services that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the executed Statement of Work. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Pre-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client will be invoiced proportionally for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payment exceeding the pro-rated amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
Post-Delivery Disputes: If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed Statement of Work, the Client must notify WebForgeVision within 14 calendar days of delivery. WebForgeVision will remediate identified deficiencies at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. If remediation is not feasible, a partial or full refund will be negotiated in good faith.
Monthly Retainers: SLA and maintenance retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period will be honored in full, and no refund will be issued for the active period. No further charges will be applied after the notice period expires.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days. For refund inquiries, contact [email protected].
